15 stability ball moves//CIRCUIT training•
Hello fitness warriors! Another set of fat burning for a total body! 45 seconds each exercise and 20 minutes of rest. We will be doing this circuit twice so it's gonna be a difficult one but don't worry because I will be with you til the end of this routine. And if you think that it's too much for you, you can pause a lil bit to have a longer break if you need to. But try your best to finish it to increase your stamina and to strengthen your core so you can perform any workouts less struggle. Try this workout at home. I know you can nail this one😉 Challenge yourself everyday💪🥰
