How to Get Paid by Your Patients or Consulting Clients

When it comes to advertising myself online in the end the goal is to get paid by either my patients or my coaching or consulting clients. Probably the most useful tool that I have found so far is Calendly and also PayPal Business.

When building a website to reach either patients such as a virtual primary care practice or if you are building a website to reach potential consulting or coaching clients it is important to have an easy method of billing your clients. There are some good built-in payment gateways on electronic health records such as Hint Health but you can also make do quite well with options listed here in this video.

For me the most important aspect is automating the process. When somebody goes on my website they can view my calendar and my availability. Next they can choose when they want to connect with me and they will enter some information about their particular case. This is followed by the payment gateway where they can make the payment before finalizing the appointment.
