In this video we replace the evaporator core which requires removal of the steering column, center console, and dashboard. This is the same procedure on 2001 thru 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe Models. On most models you would also consider replacing the heater core and or all the air door actuator motors. You only have the dashboard completely removed once if ever so replace all the parts that commonly fail. This specific model has a separate heater box and the customer declined replacement.
