you wont believe what we found buried in the road from the 1700s metal detecting

Metal detecting & digging down an old dirt road from the 1700s we found some really cool old stuff. With our Fisher F 19 metal detectors we found a cellar hole from the colonial era. It was pretty interesting that this old foundation was pretty much right on the road and next to the old rock wall. New England is the best place to be digging history and today was proof. We found old clothing buttons buried in the ground as well as buckles and other 1700s relics. But the big find was a King George II KGII copper coin from the middle 1700s. It came out of the ground so green & beautiful you just have to see it. These are great colonial finds metal detecting.
