Tractor Trailer stops to steal mail!

This video shows an old red tractor with gooseneck trailer, stopping to have the passenger steal mail on busy road. Location is on Cornelius Pass Rd. in Portland Oregon. Package contained $200 electronic item that the mail carrier could not fit into mailbox slot so left it hanging out.
