Bob showcases the differences between the Durabook Z14i and the Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 fully rugged laptops. They both come with handles. The handle on the Durabook is rubbery and flexible. On the Toughbook, the handle is made of a rigid metal. These two units are also built to the same standard, which is MIL-STD-810H. The Z14i weighs in at 8.75 pounds while the CF-33 weighs about four pounds and is thinner than the Durabook. These two units also have the same sized screen and they both are high-definition screens too. Both units have the same size touchpads too. Bob prefers the look of the buttons on the Durabook but both units' buttons work the same. The port covers on the Z14i are actual doors, compared to the flaps that Panasonic used on the CF-33. One big difference between these two is that the CF-33 is considered a hybrid laptop because it can be removed from the keyboard and used as a tablet. It also comes with two cameras, a back camera, and a webcam on the front of the unit. The Durabook only has a front webcam. Both units have fingerprint readers. Both units come with most of the same ports, the only difference is the level of upgradability on the Durabook. And the Durabook has a better warranty too.
