#23. Barwon Heads Beach - Mixed Media Resin Pour

Mixed media resin pour on 34 x 45 cm MDF board.

Barwon Heads is my favourite place to go for a swim after work on a hot summer day. This piece makes me smile with the little plover and seagull footprints in the sand, and the submerged seaweed that never fails to scare me when it touches my leg when I'm swimming.

I used ultramarine blue powder pigment from Langridge, Caribbean blue from Colour Obsession, and titanium white pigment paste from Just resin. The first 2 coats were 2:1 Art Coat resin, final two layers were DiamondCote from Just Resin.
