the LANGUAGE that's never been spoken
I found a village in the middle of the jungle of Bali, Indonesia where few people speak. It’s been nicknamed “the deaf village”.
That’s because in this village, a high percentage of people are born deaf, due to a geographically-centric recessive gene, so they created their own sign language that very few people outside of the community understand.
But what this community lacks with spoken words, they make up for with their actions.
