Wilson’s face was accidentally revealed at the end of the season 6 episode The Karate Kid Returns when the Beach Boys make a cameo as Wilson’s cousins and Jill asks to sing with them. But if you watch the scene in slow motion you can see Wilson’s whole face is shown for a split second when one of the Beach Boys leans forward.
