Prayers for Our Nation: Jan. 13, 2021

In the two weeks leading up to the presidential inauguration, the Cathedral will offer brief online prayers for our nation, together with our interfaith and ecumenical colleagues, each day at 5 p.m. We invite you to spend five minutes in prayers for safety, solace and national unity.

Today's prayers will be led by the Rt. Rev. Mariann Edgar Budde, Episcopal bishop of Washington. Our guest today is the Rev. Leila Ortiz, Bishop of the Metropolitan Washington DC Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
