How To Make The Best Cookies Of Your Life Alfajores/ Alfajore/ Butter Cookie/ Caramel Filled Cookie / No Coconut Alfajores / Kosher Cookie Recipe/ Best Ever Cookie / Perfect Cookie/ Most Delicious Cookie/ Sonyas Prep

350g butter
150g powdered sugar
2 egg whites
500gm all purpose flour
Tbsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

Bake at 340F for 15 minutes
Oh my is this a treat! These caramel filled butter cookies are the best cookies that I have ever tried.
