Columbia Accident Report Hearing, Senate Science Committee, September 3, 2003

On September 3, 2003, the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation held a hearing into the findings of the Columbia Accident Investigation Board (CAIB).

Invited witnesses were CAIB Chairman Admiral Harold Gehman and NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe.
