Also used the Aires Tornado resin and photo-etch upgrade set (for IDS, but works with GR.1) and War Birds "Snoopy Airways" aftermarket decals for Operation Granby.

Instead of following the kit painting guide the Tornado was painted using a mix of Vallejo Model Air paints in desert camouflage.

As well as picking out the panel lines and recessed details using Tamiya Panel Line Accent (Dark Brown), it was also used for the main weathering.

Inspiration is taken from issue 1 of Take Off magazine (published in the 1990's).
