Q16. What are sightseeing places in Nubra Valley? (Nubra Valley Tourist Places / Nubra Sightseeing)

I am often asked about what are the tourist places or tourist attractions or sightseeing places in Nubra Valley. Well, when you visit Ladakh, you will surely be heading to Nubra Valley as a couple of day's trip. When you travel to Nubra Valley, you will come across Khardung La pass as it connects Leh with Nubra Valley.

Nubra Valley Tourist Places

Once you enter Nubra Valley, you can visit Diskit Monastery, Maitreya Buddha Statue at Diskit, Hunder sand dunes, do a bacterian camel safari un Hunder. Then the next day you can visit Panamik Hot water springs, Yarab Tso lake near Panamik, and Sumur monastery.

If you have more days at hand, you MUST visit Turtuk village which is exceptionally beautiful. In case you want to visit Turtuk in Nubra Valley, you must dedicate three days for the Nubra Valley trip from Leh.
