45 Minute Body Weight Hybrid Wellness Fitness Test (Part 2)
Here is the body weight version of my fitness evaluation. Same rules apply. Set a timer for 45 minutes and try to complete all the exercises in the allotted time. Don't forget tabata jump rope warm up and stretch before you begin. Please refer back to my tutorial for specific modifications. Also, stay tuned to the end of the video for some new modifications.
