First step is to materials and frames and a quelled those together making spacers to hold adjustable wheels these will allow the hedge maps to be held at any level the floors awfully slow and get adjusted to at least things stand up straight wherever they're placed give it a good amount of stability all I got to do is cut about 15 more okay so what i'm doing here is cut these braces
to fit into the bottom of the frame and these will allow the frame to be leveled regardless of what type of floor put on whether it's loose dirt for hard pack concrete.

So all I've got to do now is just tack them in place run a couple of belts top and bottom and they'll ready to go what I'm looking for with this file for all to the surface just to make sure the no sharp bits left that anyone can cut themselves on, I'm satisfied, left on in the next step prime-line confirm you have still fit together hope is these pieces still fit alright so now if this we're going to go ahead and assemble this the next step would be taking mallet forces down two halves.

I'm not going to do that right now is hate these one of them a fine for the metal first is a rust proofing primer that drives a little bit cocaine on top of that this is a design to work with over bare metal and what it does is it keeps the metal from rusty so it's kind of a necessary undercoat so this is a flat green paint and the reason we use this is just we want the paint disappear underneath the heads panel so the frames becomes pretty much invisible and all you see in the final product is boxwood so once the frames get painted the next step green vinyl coated wire is applied with screws over the outside surfaces that wire is what holds the box with plastic box wood in place and then underneath that will put in a layer of sound insulation and what you get is a solid but lightweight frame that blocks light and sound.
