Minimalism 103: 25 Benefits of a Minimalist Lifestyle

Hey everyone, it’s Dr. Jen and welcome back to my Minimalism Series. In Minimalism 103, I will discuss 25 benefits of minimalism and having a minimalist lifestyle, and also give you a preview of different types of minimalism.

Are you a hoarder or are you a minimalist? Chances are, if you clicked on this video, you either are curious about minimalism or maybe you’re one of my loyal subscribers who watches all my videos! :)

Remember: There is no one-size-fits-all mold for what a minimalist should look like, be, or how they act. Ultimately, there is no one “right” way to be a minimalist, and everyone has their own definition of what minimalism means to them. You do you :)

There comes a time in every minimalist’s life where they have that A-HA moment and realize that the way they’re living their lives is no longer satisfying. It may even be harmful in some instances. They’ve been contemplating about change and start feeling ready to take action. ENOUGH is ENOUGH!

Tip: But don’t get rid of stuff JUST because you can.
