Sullivan's is the second transmission from The Archive Signal. Eleven songs drawn from the letters, cargo manifests, and witness accounts left behind by Honoria O'Sullivan — a woman who arrived in Boston in 1847 and spent eleven years building a life that was never quite hers to keep. The album moves through the Atlantic crossing and its aftermath: the work, the city, the slow negotiation of a place that was not quite a destination.
