Sweet and sour stir fry
Take your choice of meat and cut into thin slices
Add equal parts of cornflour and flour
Salt
Pepper
1 Egg white for the binding mix well and fry
Keep it aside

In a separate bowl
Add
1able spoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
Mix it and that’s the sweet and sour sauce

On for the stir fry
Cut your choice of vegetable into thin slices
And your onions into quarters
Fry it and then add your sauce
Once you add your sauce add the fried meat
Add salt to taste and a dash of honey for the shiny glistening
Take it off the heat sprinkle some sesame seeds and you are done.
