As the best Neptune agent, Giancarlo is often compared to former top agent Fabio a.k.a. Palos— a judgment he greatly abhors. When he was a child, Giancarlo’s mother Grazella came across a microchip that can control any computer in the world. Because she belongs in the information technology business, Grazella decided to bid for the microchip so she could destroy it before it falls into the wrong hands. But the bidding turned into a shootout, and while Fabio was defending Giancarlo, Grazella was shot dead in front of them. Years pass, and Giancarlo still blames Fabio for the death of his mother.
