Tech Tips Checking tire wear

Over time your tire will wear down from daily driving. As the tires wear you will start to lose traction. Once your tread reaches the wear bars on your tire the tire is considered dangerous and should be replaced. Drivers in wet and/or snowy conditions will want to have as much tread as possible in order to move water and snow out of the way of the tire, which will give you more contact with the road.
