Implementing the "no contact rule" after your ex broke-up with you can be a scary move. Many experience intense anxiety & fear they will lose their ex-girlfriend or that their ex will forget about them & move on. However, it's been proven time & time again that it's the best response to a breakup, but can the no contact rule backfire?
In this Coaching Video a viewer explains how his girlfriend reacted to his no contact with threats of never seeing or hearing from her again. He was expecting a different reaction from his girl, so now he's fearing that the no contact rule has backfired on him. I coach him on how to handle the situation in order to get his ex back.
