How To Pour A 60 Yard Concrete Slab In 90 Minutes

In this video I'm showing you how to pour a 60 cubic yard concrete slab in 90 minutes. This concrete slab pour is 2400 square feet and 8" thick. We used 4000 psi concrete with water reducer for the mix design.
When we pour a larger concrete slab we always have a plan and process for pouring out the concrete trucks. Having a plan speeds up the pour and gets the slab poured much faster.
We averaged placing a yard of concrete every 90 seconds on this slab. I didn't plan to hurry this pour and see how fast we could pour it, I just wanted to show you how a good 4 man crew can pour 60 yards in a timely fashion when everyone knows what they're doing.
