▸ combines CARDIO + FULL BODY bodyweight exercises
▸ main muscles: Legs, Arms and…. Brain :D coordination is a thing
▸ is obviously very suitable for men + women
▸ is fun as a warm up, calorie burner or finisher to your workout day!
