Ingredients

1 cup warm fresh milk
1 tbsp white sugar
1 packet dry yeast (2 tsp)
3 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
cheddar cheese (filling)
1/2 cup bread crumbs

The secret in cooking Pandesal is the activation of the yeast as well as the way the dough is risen, you have to be patient and ensure the procedure is carefully followed in this video.
