Tofu "Egg" Salad

Tofu "Egg" Salad
In a large bowl add:
2 packages of firm tofu chopped into cubes
3 stalks of chopped celery
3 stalks of chopped green onion
1 chopped fresh jalapeño

In a separate bowl mix:
Half a jar of finely chopped “Sweet Heat” Over the Fence Farm pickles (Locally Made in Oklahoma!)
6 tablespoon yellow mustard
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt
1/2 tablespoon turmeric
2 tablespoons Cheatwood’s Raw honey (Locally made in Oklahoma!)

Mix sauce bowl ingredients with tofu bowl & enjoy!
