Hema 4x4 Explorer - Hema Dropped the ball big time! GPS navigation App Review

As part of my 4wd GPS Navigation App reviews In this video, I will be looking into the new Hema 4x4 Explorer GPS Navigation App and explain why I think it's a big step backwards for Hema.

Corrections:
Hema approached me with a few corrections, which I'm happy to post. This does not change my opinion of the app or affect any of the shortcomings I mentioned.

Hema clarified that there had been no recent changes in ownership. The founders of Hema the Boegheim family sold 75% around eight years ago and retained 25%. Henry Boegheim is still on the Board, and no changes in the last couple of years or sell-off of any assets.

To be honest, this is even worse in my eyes as it means you can't excuse all the shortcomings of the Hema 4x4 Explorer release because of a new team or management who may not understand the new product acquired.

I have also been informed that the new Premium Vector and Touring Maps are not based on OSM. They are Hema maps built up over last 30 years.
