Police officer dead, another injured in a shooting on a regional SA property | ABC News

A police officer has been shot dead while the alleged shooter and another officer have sustained gunshot wounds in an incident on a rural South Australian property overnight.
SA Police attended the property at Senior, near Bordertown, about 11:20pm on Thursday to investigate an earlier disturbance.
Police said the officers were "confronted by an armed suspect" on the property in the state's south-east, close to the Victorian border.
