This week L&P Creative Director, Karen Gillingham, dives into a chatty and detailed Design Challenge with Stage Manager Paul Carr! Paul has an extensive career working in opera and took the role of Stage Manager in Garsington's 2019 production of Verdi's 'Falstaff'.

Karen and Paul discuss the opera in detail, the numerous roles of a Stage Manager and Paul even tells some entertaining dilemma stories of live performance!
