In my stream save managing Hertha Brasil (Hertha Berlin with a Brazilian twist), we got ourselves in a bit of a hole. After selling basically the entire team and signing 27 new players, the team cohesion was completely mudded and caused us to lose games that we just didn't deserve to lose. This made me wonder if team cohesion and dynamics are more important than ever... I think they are! Today's video explores that.
