What I Ate Today | VEGAN | SIMPLE | WFPB

A whole food plant based (and oil-free) full day of eating! Recipes can be found below. I choose to eat this way to keep inflammation and pain from my autoimmune disease (called Ankylosing Spondylitis) in check. I truly enjoy each and every meal! :)

CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY NICE CREAM:
In a food processor, combine 2 frozen bananas, a scoop of strawberry jam, a scoop of cacao/cocoa powder, and a few splashes of plant milk. Process, stopping to scrape down the sides and/or adding more plant milk as needed, until smooth and creamy.
