DIY Square Neck Dress

How I created a vintage-inspired evening dress to wear for my new years eve. I think this style could also be very cute as a prom dress. I didn't even realize at the time, but it looks a lot like an handmaid's tv show dress, maybe use it as a costume inspiration?

I just want to highlight that I should probably have paid attention to the grainline of the fabric in the bodice, I did it with the grain running vertically and since the skirt was much heavier, it made the bodice become distorted and stretched out, maybe cutting it with a horizontal grain would have solved it.
