Our year-round programs that serve over 600 low and poverty level income
pre-schoolers - senior citizens with cerebral palsy, autism and varying disabilities, are in danger of being significantly reduced or eliminated.

For the past five years, Dylan Axelrod has volunteered his services during the baseball off-season for the UCP WORK, Inc. Non-Government Funded (NGF) Programs Dept. that serves kids and adults with disabilities. As a mentor who genuinely cares, Dylan has shown his loyal friends with disabilities that, despite any obstacles, they can achieve anything if they work at it and stay focused. His efforts to help raise needed funds through this video campaign have given program participants some real hope.

The UCP WORK, Inc. NGF Programs operate solely on private donations. Services such as our free field trip program, offered daily to 54 Special Education classes on a rotating basis throughout the year and summer school; Youth and Adult Mentor Programs; Youth and Adult Yoga; and Electric Wheelchair Competitive Soccer Program are all in jeopardy due to the drop in donations that we have experienced and the anticipated reduction in contributions that we are expecting in the months ahead. We need your help.
