Hello everyone, welcome back to our channel! Today we’re going to show how the APC-300 laser cleaning machine can efficiently remove rust from metal surfaces. Whether you’re dealing with old frame parts, construction equipment, or industrial components—rust is a persistent enemy. With the APC-300, you can tackle it cleanly, quickly, and without blasting grit or harsh chemicals.
The initial condition – the metal surface covered in rust, scale and perhaps rough pitting or discoloration.

Machine setup – how we configure the APC-300: selecting the rust-removal mode (it offers preset processes for rust, oil, paint, coating) , adjusting scan width, speed, focus, and ensuring proper safety shielding.

Cleaning process in action – you’ll see the pulsed laser head scanning over the rusted surface; the rust film evaporates or flakes away, leaving the raw metal beneath. Because this is non-contact cleaning, there’s minimal damage to the base metal.

Before & after comparison – zoom into the cleaned region: the metal surface is restored, reveal the bright substrate, flush and ready for finishing, painting or plating.
