Abandoned pitbull mother and 60 puppies

This is sad situations in turkey.
Doesn’t seem to get any better with the amount of stray dogs.
Most of these puppies were adopted like the ones on my rooftop.
But unfortunately some of them die from sicknesses and car accidents.
Spay and neuter gets done but not enough to smash these numbers down.
We need government help because this is just hard to deal with.
