DPD ARRESTED ME AND ALMOST SEIZED MY CAR..

I got arrested for doing this.. Driving down the street. Cops arrest me for this and threatened to seize my car and this happened..
Was I in the wrong?
I believe you can be in the wrong place at the wrong time and it was one of those situations but man
