1. Knee Slap Burpees
2. Push Up Kick Thrus
3. Side Lunges
4. Bicycle Abs Crunches
5. High Knee Press Up Sprints
6. Tablemaker
7. Bear Crawls
8. Squat Hold Punches
9. Plank Builds
10. Frog Thrust Sprawls

Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. Complete all 10 exercises and rest for 2 minutes and finish 3 full rounds
