WELL- It's over! Thanks so much for hanging out with me on this challenge to get outside everyday to have a campfire in the month of February. I've really enjoyed it and have had some AMAZING food on a campfire! I hope you have been inspired to have some campfires of your own!

These amazing campfire recipes have really fueled my passion for good food cooked on a fire... look for more in the future!

In this final day of the challenge, I make quesadillas in my cast iron skillet- and WOW! Taste sensation!
