Today is National Rescue Dog Day, aka, the perfect excuse to celebrate the rescued dog(s) in your life!

Filipino reporter just about managed to keep her cool when a huge cat fight erupted behind her
during a live TV interview.

Doris Bigornia was caught off guard when her cats, Bella Luna and Nala, started trading blows during a live interview.

The journalist kept glancing to the left while her pets got into a vicious scrap behind her.

After the footage went viral on social media, Ms Bigornia shared the interview on her Twitter page saying: "Children!!! There is a law in the studio!"

Many have shared the video online and expressed their amazement at how the reporter managed to end the interview without getting too distracted by the cat fight.
Katy Penland said on Twitter: "I'd give my right arm to see what happened just after this clip was ended. What'd she do? What'd the CATS do?

It comes as reporters around the world are having to conduct more interviews from home due to travel restrictions put in place during the coronavirus pandemic.
A video clip of TV reporter Doris Bigornia made rounds online after a “rambulan” ensued between two pet cats in the background during her live report from home.

The 12-second cat fight happened while Bigornia was having a phone call interview for the radio show SRO or Suhestiyon, Reaksyon, Opinyon.

Bigornia managed to keep her cool while the furbabies Bella Luna and Nala clawed at each other directly behind her.

The hilarious clip was shared by Bigornia’s daughter Nikki on her Twitter account last May 15 and has already garnered over two million views as of writing.

Her pets’ antics have since caught the attention of the international news media.

The London Evening Standard noted that many were amazed at “how the reporter managed to end the interview without getting too distracted by the cat fight.”

Channel News Asia described it as “a battle of epic proportions” and praised Bigornia for having “remained steadfast in doing her job on live TV.”

This wasn’t the cats’ first appearance in the teleradyo show, as they did an “extro wave” with Bigornia prior to their on-air cat fight.
