The choir, which emerged as an important step towards the further development of choral music awareness and the common value of polyphony in our country, continues to work with its dynamic team of 60 young people aged between 15 and 23 without slowing down. In the first four seasons, with its exciting repertoire the choir not only performed more than 100 concerts in different cities of Turkey and international area, but also aimed to be a pioneer with launching various social responsibility projects like 'My Book Is Your Book', and to increase the awareness of the society in this area with both their remarkable performances and some special videos. In August 2019, as Boğaziçi Youth Choir finished its fifth season, the choir gained its first international experience at Ohrid Choir Festival in North Macedonia, from where they won Best Stage Performance Award, First Prize and Category Championship with the highest point and lastly the Grand Prix, by being chosen as the best choir of the festival. Lastly, their virtual choir performance ‘Balleilakka’ has been the most viewed and liked video in INTERKULTUR’s Online Choir Competition. Boğaziçi Youth Choir is continuing its intensive concert program; various special projects and preparations for the festivals planned to take place at home and abroad. The choir also continues giving concerts with both local and internationally acclaimed conductors, orchestras and bands as a part of MAGMA Philharmonic Choir. www.instagram.com/bogazicigenclikkorosu www.facebook.com/bogazicigenclikkorosu www.twitter.com/bgenclikkorosu www.youtube.com/bogazicicazkorosu www.instagram.com/masisgozbek www.facebook.com/masisgozbek www.facebook.com/masisaramgozbek www.twitter.com/masisgozbek www.youtube.com/masisaramgozbek www.soundcloud.com/masisaramgozbek Thank you for organizing this wonderful event.
