Suzuki GSXR 1000 Clutch Grab Fix
How to fix the Clutch grab issues that occur on many GSXR 1000 K1 & K2.
By putting Kawasaki part 13089-0003 (clutch plate from 2004 ZX10R) in place of the first steel (nearest engine), the grab issue can be got rid of.
When doing this you will need to measure the stack height to ensure you get it correct (47.88mm-48.06mm). When compressed the Kawasaki plate is 3.8mm (1.5mm larger than the OEM steel). If you need to remove a fibre you can remove a middle one (leaving 2 steels touching in the middle).
