10.FIND & REPLACE - AUTOCAD COMMAND

FIND COMMAND in AutoCAD allows users to search for and REPLACE text strings in a drawing. It can also be used to find attributes in AutoCAD.

How to use the Find command :
1.Click the Annotate tab, then the Text panel, and then Find
2.Type the text to find and press Enter
3.Type the text to replace the found text
4.Select the area to search
5.Click Find or Find Next to zoom in on each instance
6.Click Replace to update the text for any instances
7.Click Replace All to update all instances that match the search criteria

Additional options
1.Use wild-card characters to define the text string
2.Choose to search inside blocks and Xrefs
3.Check the List Results box to see all the results
4.Select Find Whole Words Only to only find whole words that match the text
