Inexpensive Holiday Gift for the Want to Be Knitter (Knifty Knitter)

a quick review on a very inexpensive holiday gift for the beginning knitter in your family or someone who is more interested in using a loom than knitting needles (or can't use needles due to finger dexterity limitations)

Knitting on a loom is EASY, if I can do it anyone can. See video for details, see examples of Hats, scarves and a finished blanket as well as one in progress. The beginning round loom set is $15.99 at Michael's (and coupons can often be had there too!) these kits usually come with everything you need to get started, the more advances looms (such as the large panel blanket looms) are less than $10 on up, but are often only the loom without the extra pieces needed. On Ebay there are whole sets for less than $10. Add in a skein or two of yarn and presto!

This would make an excellent holiday gift for the person in your life who wants to knit or make clothes in the future...the loom types are endless (gloves, socks, sweaters, etc etc). Youtube videos on "how to use" are plentiful.
