Finally achieved the 1000000% achievement.

Because I don't really have any plans for a description, here's some tips for if you want the achievement.
- You have to have unlocked & held each item at least once
- Start Dedication achievement early, otherwise it's a chore
- The Tonsil is not in any item pool. To get it, you must either start with it as Eden, or find the Tonsil trinket and get hit until you get the follower
- Easiest way to Delerium is to fight Hush, if you can beat Hush, you can probably beat Delerium
- Invincibility is invaluable in the Delerium fight
- Pyromaniac & Host hat are Invaluable in Greeds second phase
- Donate 879 coins to the Greed machine to unlock the Holy Mantle on The Lost
- Never pick up Bobs Brain without Pyromaniac or Host Hat
- Good luck
