Pork Belly Smoked Like a Brisket! And Pineapple?!?!?!?!

I have been seeing so many people smoked Pork Belly like a brisket. I smoke a tri tip like a brisket once and it was good, but I might not do it ever again. Now, smoking a pork belly like a brisket, I will definitely be doing again. The strips are as tender as pork belly burnt ends and the bark on the belly was insane.

I seasoned the belly with Spanglish Asadero Al Pastor seasoning and used gochjuang as the binder. This is my favorite way to make pork belly hands down.

Avocado Sauce
2 avocados
1/2 cup cilantro
1/4 cup Mexican Crema
2-4 tbsp whole milk
1 tsp salt
Juice of 2 small limes
