Building a XXL open mining pit & coal power plant in Cities: Skylines | No Mods | Vanilla

In my new vanilla Cities: Skylines series "Vanilla City Design" I build a huge city without mods and give you design ideas and tips for your own city!

Today we're building a german styled open coal mining pit with a nearby coal power plant. The coal is directly transported from the excavators via conveyor belts to the power plant. In Germany we call this: Braunkohle Tagebau
