It's been awhile- this time, Matthias and I recount a wild brawl from our youth, and Matt dives into some critical advice for Jiu Jitsu white belts.

Please note:

Barbarian Brothers videos are meant as a humorous and light-hearted source of info and entertainment- Matt and I were extremely rowdy and reckless young guys, and were certainly not good role models then.

We drank heavily, used hard drugs, and did lots of stupid, unhealthy, and violent things that led to incarceration, hospitalization, and ultimately, major lifestyle and personal ideology changes.

Most of the stories or stuff we talk about that occurred in our younger years are meant as cautionary tales, not to inspire.
