Halloween is around the corner! What's better than dressing up as your favorite superhero! I found these super affordable superhero tutu kits at JoAnn's on clearance for around $7.xx! And I purchased two for the girls for a Superhero themed birthday party they attended not too long ago! These certainly can be used for more than one occasion! Best of all it's super easy to do and super cute! Fun for the kids too! This isn't really a "How To" video, instead I just wanted to share! Enjoy! Watch in 1080P!

The kit includes: tulle (two colors), an elastic band and the superhero logo adhesive for the shirt.
