We start by creating a page on your Shopify store, adding it to the menu and then build a form using Ortto (sign up free here: https://ortto.com). With a simple drag and drop you'll have a form ready for your store, then all that is left to do is cut and paste the code on to your Shopify page.

This tutorial is for both beginners and advanced users of Shopify. After this video you should be confident building forms for your Shopify store.
