Mild Inazuma Archon Quest spoilers ahead!

This is Yae Miko's Anti-Raiden Shogun Training. It is, without question, one of Genshin Impact's most irritating quest challenges.
Apart from maintaining good reaction time for a minute straight, you then need to destroy one of the electro bulb thingies at the correct time. Environmental factors like rain and burning grass also make this increasingly painful to attempt.
Team Featured:
Kazuha - Passive talent for sprint stamina buff + Elemental Burst Swirl + Anemo Resonance
Rosaria - Passive talent for movement speed buff
Bennett - Pyro Burst Damage
Sucrose - Anemo Resonance for movement speed buff
BTW I don't recommend using this team to beat the challenge, I just thought it would be funny to sprint around instead of dodge properly lol.

ANTI-RAIDEN SHOGUN TRAINING QUEST GUIDE:
Activate the easy version. You don't need to beat the "final challenge" to clear the quest.
If you want to actually beat it properly, use Kaeya, Noelle, and Xiangling. Make sure Xiangling's Burst is ready before starting. Run around the outer ring of the arena with Kaeya and time your sprint dashes whenever the machine in the middle opens and you hear a ringing sound. After surviving the dodging segment, whip out Noelle, use her shield skill, then swap to Xiangling. Once the timer hits about 8 seconds, use Xiangling's burst to destroy one of the electro crystal bulbs, with some help from the grass. You fail the challenge if you time this wrong or you get burned by the grass, so it'll take a couple of tries.
You can add Rosaria to your team and set the time to night to make things easier.
